Pre-university lecturer by day, voracious reader and moonlighting freelance writer by night, I can’t put my love for writing and words off forever. And so this year I started my writing journey for good. Fictional stories, non-fiction articles, web & blog content, proofreading and even resume rewriting (somebody’s got to do it!), you name it, I’ll write it!

Currently I teach modules ranging from basic communication skills, academic and creative writing, critical thinking, gender and politics…The list goes on!

I’ve also held managerial positions in the corporate education sector and developed academic curriculum, so when I review a stack of resumes that are poorly written, formatted or simply unsuitable, I can’t help but want to help them correct them! I’m trained as a teacher, so it’s in my blood!!

But I don’t want to be teaching writing modules on a range of topics, when the dream is to write myself, by a pool somewhere exotic, cocktail in hand. But I suppose that will have to wait. For now I’m here.

I hold a 2^nd Upper Honors in English Literature & Linguistics and a minor in Political Science as well as a Post Graduate Diploma in Pre-University Education (Merit) and have a published thesis as well.
